Molibu Construction Inc. ("Molibu", "we", "us") is a development and construction company based in British Columbia. We build custom homes, coach houses and garden suites, and multi-unit developments; we develop and renovate properties; and we partner with investors on real estate projects. This policy explains what personal information we collect across all of these activities, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to molibu.ca and to information you submit through our ads and forms on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

Information you give us. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:

Project and quote inquiries: your name, phone number, email address, and details about your project or property, such as whether you own it, the municipality, what you'd use a new space for, and your timeline
Investor inquiries: your name, contact details, and information you share about your investment interests

General contact: anything you include in a message to us

Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use our site and to measure and improve our advertising. How ads and social platforms are involved

If you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta Platforms collects that information under its own terms and provides it to us. Meta's handling of your data is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy. Our use of the Meta Pixel means Meta may connect your visit to our site with your Meta account for advertising measurement purposes.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with:

Service providers who help us operate (for example, website hosting, scheduling, email, and customer-relationship tools), under confidentiality obligations
Advertising platforms (such as Meta) for measurement, as described above
